I do not take returns or exchanges. If a product arrives damaged and/or broken, please e-mail me as soon as possible.

For commissions totaling $100+, AT LEAST 50% of the price is due upfront and the other 50% after pictures of the finished project are given if the client cannot pay the full price upfront. Commissions totaling less than $100 are to be paid in full before starting work.

My typical commission turnarounds are 4 weeks, not including shipping time. If you need a rush job, I will add an extra 25% of the commission price due upfront.

I will not make plushies of small or private games/comics/etc. unless you own them and their design. Plushies from large IPs, i.e. Pokemon, are OK.

All plushies ordered are for personal uses ONLY. Please do not re-sell plushies you have commissioned from me.

The plushies I make are not toys nor meant for children or pets. They do not go through play or safety testing so I cannot guarantee they'll be safe for children or pets to handle. Please purchase on your own judgment.
